2026 AAU Competition Schedule:
- March 1 – 2026 North Star Diving Winter Invite at the University of Minnesota
- March 5-7 – Schroeder Fall Back Invitational Brown Deer, WI
- March 27-29 AAU White North Qualifier Waukee, IA (Top 6 in age group at this meet
will qualify for the AAU Red White and Blue in May) - April 10-12 Badgerland Invitational Madison, Wisconsin
- May 22-26 AAU Red White and Blue Nationals in Orlando, FL (Qualification at AAU White North meet.)
- July 14-23 – AAU Nationals in Fort Lauterdale, FL (Requires a qualification score.)
A 2025-26 AAU Membership will be required to participate in the above competitions. While these invitational meets are not a requirement for divers, they are strongly recommended. For those new to the sport, they are a great introduction to a competitive environment and an opportunity to set goals for the end of the season and show off new skills and dives learned to family and friends.
2026 USA Diving Competition Schedule:
- April 27-29 Region 8 Championships in Waukee, IA
- June 5-7 Zone D Championships in Iowa City, IA
- June 25-28 USA Central Championships in Morgantown, VA
- July 29 – August 4 USA Junior National Championships in Morgantown, VA
For those athletes wishing to participate in the USA Diving competition series, please reach out to Coach Jason or Arron as these meets are only open to those invited by the coaches to participate.
