Two Rivers High School

The facility at Two Rivers High School opened in 2020.  The pool is in a new building that is just southeast of the high school.  The pool features two 1-meter and one 3-meter springboards.


Century Middle School

The new facility at Century Middle School opened in 2022. The pool is located just west of the main entrance to the school. The pool features two 1-meter and one 3-meter springboards. The facility has an overhead water belt and harness system over both a 1-meter and a 3-meter springboard to help divers with their training and learning of new dives.


Jean K Freeman Aquatic Center, University of Minnesota

Pool Information

The Jean K Freeman Aquatic Center opened in 1990. The separate diving well features a pair of 1- and 3-meter spring boards, as well as 1-, 5-, 7.5- and 10-meter diving platforms. The facility has a inground air sparging system under the 3M springboard and platforms to assist divers with their training and learning of new dives. We will access the facility from the University Ave entrance. There is parking available in the University Avenue ramp located next to the pool for a fee.

Facilities-Hidden OaksHidden Oaks Middle School

The separate diving well at Hidden Oaks Middle School features two 1-meter and one 3-meter springboards. There is an overhead spotting harness with belt mounted above one of the 1-meter boards to assist with learning new dives in a safe environment.


Facilities-St. ThomasUniversity of St. Thomas

The diving well at the University of St. Thomas Aquatic Center includes one 1-meter and one 3-meter springboard, with a sparger system under both boards. This system creates a pillow of air by decreasing the surface tension of the water, providing softer landings when learning new dives and techniques. The Aquatic Center is part of the Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex on campus.


Midwest Gymnastics Center Dryland Training Facility

3225 Country Drive Suite #100, Little Canada, MN 55117  Map

The facility at Midwest Gymnastics includes a spring floor, trampolines, tumble track, foam pit, and a dryland diving board.  All of this equipment will enhance skill acquisition in a safe environment while getting plenty of repetitions during practices.  All Sunday dryland practices will be held at Midwest Gymnastics.
