Varsity Enrichment

This group of divers will primarily be focused on preparation for the 1-meter springboard event. This group is the right choice if you are looking to train on 1-meter diving only either during the high school season or in the off-season. The goals for this group will be to enhance the elements of diving most essential for better performance, including form, accuracy, height, distance, and aesthetic value.

*Reminder for Winter 2017-18 Session: Monday and Wednesday practices are held at Hidden Oaks Middle School in Prior Lake. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday practices are held at the University of St. Thomas pool.

Dryland Training:
Divers are encouraged to add dryland training to their water training programs to enhance their diving skills. We will have some dryland training at each workout, however the dryland only practices at the gym will allow divers to utilize equipment to learn new dives, get multiple repetitions. and enhanced physical fitness. NSDC Seasonal Membership Fee:

For divers participating in either of the team programs or Varsity Enrichment, there is a $50 Seasonal Membership Fee.  This fee is due at the time of registration and is valid through the end of the current season.  The fee helps cover equipment costs, such as belts, trampolines, mats, etc. to enhance the training experience for all team members.
